Issues that our team is working on!

Our team is working to address a lot of items across the board in upcoming patches. But I wanted to make one thread that highlights everything we are working to resolve ASAP.

Keep in mind that the below overview lumps a lot of items into a key topic. Like 'Co-Op Missions' includes all Co-Op map reports.

Pursuits: Misc issues around tracking, resetting and not showing up are all being worked on.

Loadouts: Misc issues around outfits, multi EGO options, missing perks etc... are all being worked on.

Arkfall Score 0: Get no credit or a 0 score in Arkfalls. (Frag Grenades should already work now)

Contracts & Goals: Resetting and locking users out. Proper Tracking are all being worked on.

Reload Bug: Our team has a fix in place for this and it will appear in a upcoming patch.

Co-Op Missions: We are aware of specific bugs, exploits etc... these are all be worked on.

Synergy and Weapon Stats: Both being looked into and worked on.

Install Issues: Keep the reports coming, but please contact our support team, every patch allows this to get better.

FPS on Xbox: We have a few fixes in action as we speak, but our team is constantly working to improve the game in this regards.

Time Trial Timers: We are working to resolve the 3-4 sec bug.

Data Recorders: We are working to make sure every data recorder can be picked up and credit is given for ones that have already been picked up.

Clan Specifics: We are working to address misc clan related issues.

Sound Issues: Our team has fixes coming and continues to address reports.

Voice Chat: Team is working to improve in game VOIP.

Text Chat: Team is working to make sure text chat works properly in all scenarios.

Yeah, I was just poking around on their forums and saw this. It address EVERY issue I am currently having. It appears some are having issues with just some of these. I am just a lucky one that is experiencing everything at one time. I was thinking about uninstalling the game and downloading again, since I purchased the digital copy, but it does not appear that it would resolve anything. I guess I will just have to suffer. I just hate being on with others and not being able to verbally communicate.

If they don't fix this soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Again last night. Sound was fine, then I drove by an Arkfall and just as the Ego started talking, I lost all sound!!!!!

See, I have not had any sound issues other than clan chat cutting out, but that hasn't happened as much since that patch

I'm constantly having my sound cut out to a garbled mess for periods of time. Usually prompted by close proximity to an arkfall. Sometimes it comes back, sometimes it doesn't. Chat still works but the rest of the sounds don't.

I was experiencing that issue. I would lose ALL sound, including chat channels. I noticed it being the same, when approaching an Arkfall and sometimes when the EGO would start talking. I purchased the digital DL copy and though mayb that was the issue. I did deleted and DL again, but have not been able to test it. I will be on this evening to see if it is any better <crossing fingers>

We have all been there....wrkcity was getting booted left and right one night....then it finally caught me, but for me it was only one time. Ah the joys of a new MMO, there will always be growing pains.

My two biggest issues are the mics in clan chat which I see they are working on and the fact that servers around 7 my time are having problems with all the people logging on and crashing for me. Other than that though I love the game.

I think they got a much larger turn out than they were expecting too

Even with all of the issues in the game I am having a great time playing. Also I like that they are working on the issues and each patch seems to make things a bit better and at the same time worse lol. They seem to fix one problem and create another but all in all it is getting better.

Yeah I've noticed a lot of the sound cut outs everyone's describing, so I have started using the subtitles and just turning the volume down. The only time it gets really annoying is when I am starting a time trial and I see the number go by and I have to guess if the game is going to cut back in at one or go.

The nature of the beast....the wide mouthed MMO has the tendency to reach back and bite the player. Things a improving in some area and yet others get broken....they will get there, at least they are open about a screw up. Lord knows I've played games with worse starts. ssandersjr has by far had the worst issue with comm, don't think his has worked in a long time now...so he says...starting to think he just doesn't want to talk to us j/k..j/k
