    Please let me know if you guys are seeing the clan skills boost on your toons, it's not showing up on mine, already submitted a report but god knows how long that will take. If its not showing up for you do me a favor and let me know either way

    I only had the clan xp boost as of about an hour ago.

    I emailed Trion, don't feel like doing the live chat thing right now. Apparently this is a known issue because there was a sub category titled "boost disappeared" WTF, I wouldn't mind as much if it wasn't real money and the second time I've purchased 48 hours worth and the second time they have disappeared.

    Alright gang here is the update from Trion. They have refunded the bits that were spent, havent checked yet to see if it is the amount for both instances, waiting for an answer. I made it clear that it appears to only happen with the Clan Skills Boost, and that there were two separate incidents of this occurrence because I got a response stating that I had multiple tickets open for this issue, no shit really....different dates. I was advised that there is a fix coming and until then to avoid purchasing Clan boosts. I will purchase the XP for the clan as long as I know that is working and everyone is receiving the benefit when they are on. I know that one is showing as applied on my toon, let me know if it was on yours, if so I will continue...but no more skills boost until a patch sorry.
