I'm still playing CR74 94 Skill Points. the Incredibles are half way decent. Ran with a couple of them and they seem have way decent players. Sorry I have not been around lately Girlfriend stepped on the laptop and broke and just bought a new one a couple days ago.

It's cool lol, I saw some of the changes they made to the game. Tanks are almost complete useless now, the new Earth power set is mostly being used for Dps. It's a shame... because I was thinking of picking up two more expansion packs and making a Earth tank.

The new Earth DLC is Great. Earth will get fixed and the thing about tanks will also be fixed. The people that are just using 5 DPS 1 Troll 2 Healers are Full T3 with Type 3 plan mods. Those guys/girls are elitest and play the game like it is thier life, so do not base that on every league out there. I have beaten Gates already and we used 2 Tanks. Have come close to beating Battleground with using 2 tanks. Once you get your CR higher the DLC IS worth it. You can get up to 58 Marks of Krypton a week now, so pretty much a piece a week now. Where before it was a piece every 2 weeks if not longer. They added 3 more dou's that have new styles for feat points.

Congrats! Did you get the CR68 one or the CR53 one. Not sure if you know that better weapons open up at cr68. I finaly finished my first set of T3 healer gear. Now i get to grind my dps set out.

Hey Havok, I was doing an experiment using the hard light powers. I remembered you saying that the DPS setup, I put on was great... but your gear was getting beat. So I made a hard light troller yesterday and just went with the support tree not the assault tree. I use rifle as my weapon choice, I've found that this option is great!!! the whole time I've played it, I only went down once!!! that’s lvl 1 all the way to 17. give the support tree a try... you might like it.


Hey Recon, to answer your question... I have the sparc bow that has a 103 dps. not the 113 that your talking about, my CR is a 60 on my main. Also, congrats on the full T3 gear!!!

Damn, I'm learning some things about combos with this hard light build lol. With hard light you don't even have to, have the moves equipped to combo into them. All you really need is the starter move, to segway into it and from there it's open season. Don't forget to keep your POT (power over time) moves first on your bar, they provide 2 functions...1) POT and 2)starter combos that will let you segway into the other moves. Like mini gun with claws and boxing with impact or clap for range... damn this is nice.

So, I've found that a mix of support and assault trees is a solid way to go. My build thus far at lvl 30 is Light claws, Whip thrash, Ram, Group shielding super charge, Entrap and Light barrier. I also picked up Recharge, for when I play the controller role. For My Iconic, I choose Vit and Dom boosts. For my first weapon choice, I went with rifle great innate's for the controller. As for my second weapon choice, I went with pistols because of the Dom and Vit innate‘s(a must have for a controller). Some would say "that's not the way I would go"... but This build works for me. I have also found some great reading material on the subject, which I'll post as well...See link below. All in all, I'm loving HL controlling it's a great power set.
